The Best Western Port O' Call Hotel features three ballrooms for up to 200 people, and a variety of smaller meeting room options to accommodate any size group. Our 7th Floor meeting rooms, the Yankee Beacon, Kitty Hawk and our Boardroom offer panoramic views of Downtown Calgary and the Rocky Mountains. The hotel also offers a number of smaller meeting rooms such as the McCall Rooms, perfect for small groups of 32 or less, and our elegant Boardroom accommodates up to 12 people boardroom style. Destiny’s Restaurant can also accommodate up to 80 guests for breaks and luncheons.

The Best Western Port O'Call Hotel's policy on meeting room rental is that if breakfast, lunch or dinner are catered into the meeting room, we discount the room rental charge, offering you valuable savings on meeting costs.
