Due to the popularity of the Waves Water Park and to maintain safety of all guests we have developed and enforcing a set of rules to guide safe use of the water park. These rules are intended to reasonably control the risks associated with the use of Waves Water Park while also facilitating the enjoyment of the pool experience.

We will now have limited number of registered guestrooms access the pool for 1-hour time-slots to ensure we are not exceeding the water park capacity dependent on the hotel’s occupancy. This must be booked at the time of check in and only applies to the peak hours.

Non-registered hotel guests (outside visitors) will not be authorized access to the water park. Food and Beverage is not permitted in the water park with the exception of bottled water in a non-breakable container.

Main Driveway Work – Starting Monday, October 6 Construction will begin on the main driveway. During this time, guests will not be able to pull up to the main entrance. Please direct arriving guests to use the 15-minute parking area and ensure they do not block the flow-through access. Estimated completion: 3–4 weeks

Parkade First Level Work – Starting January Maintenance will begin blocking off the first level of the parkade starting early December in preparation for January work. Front desk staff must advise long-term parking guests not to park on the first level during this period.
